Hot Honey Salmon Bites
These delicious hot honey salmon bites are spicy, zesty, and pair so well with a big bowl of rice!

Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs salmon, cubed
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- olive oil
- juice from 1 lime
- 2 tsp lime zest
- hot honey (spicy honey)
- 3 cups jasmine rice, cooked
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- Remove the skin from the salmon and slice it into 1” cubes. Add the cubes to a large bowl and drizzle with about 2 tbsp olive oil. Add in all of the spices and toss together to coat the salmon.
- Transfer the salmon cubes to a parchment lined sheet pan, making sure they don’t overlap.
- Bake the salmon for about 8-10 minutes, then set it under the broiler for 2 more minutes.
- Once ready, top with lime zest, fresh lime juice and a generous drizzle of hot honey and serve over rice.
