Corporate Advocacy Partnership Program

USA Rice invites our member companies to participate in the new Corporate Advocacy Partnership Program, providing opportunities for you to support the rice industry’s advocacy efforts. This program is designed to make the corporate sponsorship process easier, offering a one-time, all-encompassing opportunity to support events hosted by the USA Rice Political Action Committee (PAC) at the beginning of each USA Rice fiscal year. Our corporate partners help offset event and administrative costs to hold successful PAC fundraising activities.

  • Enrollment – To receive maximum benefits, companies are encouraged to enroll in the Corporate Advocacy Partnership Program between August 1, 2022, and November 1, 2022.
  • Timing – The Corporate Advocacy Partnership Program runs on the USA Rice fiscal year (August 1 to July 31).

What are the Rules?

  1. A company can redeem incentives in the fiscal year (August 1 to July 31) of the sponsorship contribution.

  2. A company may contribute to the Corporate Advocacy Partnership Program at a lower level and contribute during other opportunities to move up from one incentive level to a higher level.
For example, Rice Co. contributes at the $1,000 level on August 1. Rice Co. contributes another $1,500 for a corporate table during the Back Our PAC Dinner and Auction in December, so Rice Co. will receive the incentives remaining for the year at the $2,500 level.

  3. A company may not retroactively collect an incentive (i.e., receive a refund for a ticket for Back Our PAC when the event has already passed).

  4. The incentive listed at each level is the total number of tickets, VIP bar admissions, etc. a company will receive. Incentive levels cannot be compounded.
For example, at the $2,500 level, a company would receive a total of one complimentary July Golf individual or Bocce Ball team registration. At the $5,000 level, a company would receive a total of two complimentary July Golf individuals or two Bocce Ball team registrations.

  5. A company determines how the eligible benefits are dispersed.
