Hotel Reservations

Reservations may be made online or by calling (800) 888-6100. Ask for the special RMA Convention rate. Hotel reservations must be made no later than May 15, 2024. Reservations made after May 15 and/or after the convention’s room block is full are subject to space and rate availability. Please make your reservations early and request a confirmation number.

Room Rates, Dates, and Availability

Special RMA Convention rates are offered on a limited number of rooms for Tuesday, June 18 through Friday, June 21 on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations before and after the official convention dates are based on hotel availability.

Singe/Double Room Rates (before tax and applicable fees):

The Grand Wailea has extended the following rates on hotel rooms on a first-come first-served basis:

Terrace – $459
Garden – $499
Ocean View – $569
Deluxe Ocean View – $619

Resort Fees

Grand Wailea Resort and Related Fees: A $40 per day resort fee per room, a $3 per day fee per room for maid service, and a one-time fee of $13.50 for porterage will be automatically added to your room charges.

Your daily resort fee includes:

Two bottles of water placed in your guest room on day of arrival
Unlimited local, toll-free, and credit card calls (no access fee)
Coffee & tea in guest rooms
In-room high speed internet access for multiple devices
Hula and Ukulele lessons
Yoga classes
Admission to twice-daily SCUBA and Snorkel lessons
Use of Beach Cruiser Bikes (based on availability)
Beach umbrellas for use on Wailea Beach (based on availability)
45-minute photography session with the on property photography company (advance reservations required)

Hotel Deposit and Cancellation

Deposits are refundable if the resort receives notice of cancellation at least thirty (30) days prior to scheduled arrival.

Check-In/Check-Out Times

Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Guests arriving before 4:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms are available.

Airport, Transportation, and Parking

Airport
The Kahului Airport (OGG) is about 35 minutes from the Grand Wailea.

Ground Transportation
Taxi fare from the airport to the Grand Wailea is approximately $70 one-way. All major rental car companies are available at the airport. National rental car is available at the Grand Wailea. Taxi service reservation can be made a both hotel valet stands north entrance and south parking entrance, or when coming into Maui at the airport. Uber and Lyft are available in Maui.

Valet Parking
The overnight valet rate is $55 per car, per night. Self-parking is not available.
