Kimchi Fried Rice

This Kimchi Fried Rice will quickly become a staple meal in your kitchen! It is so easy to make with the rice absorbing all the delicious kimchi flavor and coming together in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked medium grain rice
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves 
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 3 tbsp Kimchi
  • 1 chopped thai chili
  • 3 tbsp kimchi juice 
  • 4 chopped kaffir lime leaves 
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ tbsp fish sauce 
  • 1 egg

Directions

  • In a pan, sauté green onions and garlic in oil. Add kimchi, Thai chili and day old rice.
  • Sauté for 2-3 minutes. 
  • Add kimchi juice, kaffir lime leaves, garlic powder, chicken bouillon powder, salt, pepper, and fish sauce. 
  • Mix well and let the rice cook for another 5 minutes. Add additional salt if needed. 
  • Cook 1 egg to your liking. 
  • Add cooked egg on top of rice with green onions.
