Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon hot chili oil
- ½ cup red pepper, diced
- ½ cup yellow pepper, diced
- ½ cup green pepper, diced
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups cooked rice
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- Heat oils in large skillet; add peppers and garlic. Cook until tender. Stir in rice and salt. Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated.
