Steak Bibimbap

Ingredients
- 3 cups medium grain rice, steamed
- 4½ cups water
- 1¼ cups bean sprouts
- 2 bunches watercress, blanched
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- ½ cup carrot, large, julienned, sautéed
- 2 pounds soy marinated flank steak, grilled, sliced
- 6 eggs each, sunny side up
- 1½ cups kimchi
- ½ cup gochujang
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
Directions
- Soak the short grain rice in the water for 30 minutes before steaming the rice until tender. Hold rice hot until ready to serve.
- Separately toss the bean sprouts and watercress with 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and 1 teaspoon of garlic.
- Place 1¼ cups of rice in a bowl and top with the following toppings:
-¼ cup bean sprouts
-¼ cup watercress
-2 tablespoons carrot
-3 ounces marinated steak
-1 egg, each
-2 tablespoons kimchi
-1 tablespoon gochujang
-1 teaspoon sesame seeds
