- 1 pound ground beef

- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 (8-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Cook beef, onion, and chili powder in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain; return to skillet. Add rice, tomatoes, corn, chilies, and garlic salt. Continue to cook until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
