Vegan Champorado
Champorado is a is a sweet, rich and creamy chocolate rice porridge and a classic Filipino rice recipe that’s usually eaten for breakfast. It’s a simple one-pot dish that uses pantry staples and comes together in about 30 minutes!

Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1 can (14-oz) of full-fat coconut milk
- ½ cup jasmine rice
- ½ cup glutinous rice
- 6 tablespoons organic granulated sugar
- ½ cup cocoa powder
Directions
- Combine jasmine and glutinous rice in a small pot. Add water and bring to a boil.
- Begin stirring, add cocoa and cook 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook 20 minutes. Then stir in sugar and coconut milk.
